Docteur Kerold, known as Doc, the Mortgage Docteur

Docteur Kerold, Business Development MGR., known to almost everyone as "Doc" and "the Mortgage Docteur," has worked in the lending industry for over 10 years. An immigrant to the United States, his personal journey was characterized by hope and hardship. His professional journey has been marked by prosperity, and by a promise: to help other people fulfill the American Dream and enjoy the fruits of financial success.

The families he built a career on

Throughout the five boroughs of New York and on Long Island, Doc has found financing for families seeking to purchase homes. The majority of those clients were first-time buyers. Many of them were credit-challenged, the buyers other lenders quietly pass on.

That is not an accident. Doc built his practice around the buyers other lenders overlook, because he knows exactly what it feels like to start from nothing and be told the door is closed.

Doc is a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team, mentored by Dr. John C. Maxwell.

He is also a motivational speaker and a protege of the world renowned Les Brown, speaking about his own triumphs and challenges along the road to his realization of the American Dream. He has carried that same message to the airwaves as the "Mortgage Doctor" on WVOX radio.
